Terms of Service

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3.1 Booking Process

• • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• • Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• • You must provide accurate passenger and travel information
• • Booking confirmation will be sent via email
• • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

3.2 Payment Terms

• • Full payment is required unless otherwise specified
• • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfer, Cash
• • Payment must be made in Nepali Rupees (NPR) or as agreed
• • Service charges and taxes are additional to the quoted price
• • Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation

3.3 Price Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing information. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after your order, we will notify you and give you the option to confirm the booking at the correct price or cancel without penalty.

4.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the service provider (airline, hotel, tour operator):

• • Flights: Subject to airline cancellation policies and fare rules
• • Hotels: Subject to hotel cancellation policies (typically 24-48 hours notice)
• • Tour Packages: Subject to tour operator terms (typically 7-30 days notice)
• • Visa Services: Generally non-refundable once processing begins

Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

4.2 Refund Process

• • Refunds are processed according to service provider policies
• • Service charges and processing fees may be non-refundable
• • Refunds are processed within 15-30 business days
• • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• • Bank charges and currency conversion fees may apply

4.3 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), cancellations and refunds are subject to service provider policies. We will assist in processing claims but cannot guarantee refunds for circumstances beyond our control.

6.1 Role as Agent

Rajshree International Travels & Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or defaults of these providers, whether or not they are wholly or partially owned by us.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
• Lost, damaged, or delayed baggage
• Hotel service quality or amenities
• Personal injury, illness, or property damage during travel
• Acts of terrorism, war, natural disasters, or force majeure events
• Denial of boarding or entry by authorities
• Third-party service provider failures or defaults

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Nepal Arbitration Act, 1999.
